We are looking for a spokesperson to promote the NATIONAL SLIDE GUITAR FEST throughout the year.  The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:

• Be articulate, personable and poised
• Be at least 20 years old
• Be able and willing to travel to festivals, guitar stores and other sponsors nationwide during the year
• Be comfortable meeting people and promoting the FEST and sponsor's products
• Knowledge of music and slide guitar a plus, but not necessary

Contest finalists will be notified by August 15.  All finalists are required to appear at the NATIONAL SLIDE GUITAR FEST 2004 in Brevard, NC on August 30 - September 1 for the final competition.  Each finalist will be judged on personality, poise and speaking skills in front of an audience.

The contest winner will be traveling nationwide, all expenses paid, and additionally compensated by our sponsors.  The contest winner further agrees to abide by the code of conduct set forth by National Slide Guitar Fest promoters and sponsors.
