The National Slide Guitar Festival 2001 (called NSGF 2001) including members, officers, sponsors, associates , employees and contestants agree that the NSGF 2001 will in no case be responsible for any loss, damage (regardless of amount of loss/damage) or injury occasioned during this Event and endemnify and hold harmless the NSGF 2001 from any and all claims, suits and/or judgements brought by anyone as a result of any loss/damage or injury to any person or property occasioned by any action or inaction of contestant, either solely, or in conjunction with NSGF 2001.

I hereby grant full permission to National Slide Guitar Festival 2001 and/or its agents authorized by them to use any photo, video, motion picture, recording or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
